 Blue things are normally hyperlinks - is there a reason it might be a
hyperlink back to the contents?

 I'll have a look at these if I get time but I'm busy sorting things
out for a teaching course I'm doing in Canada in a couple of weeks -
any OSgeo people in Toronto or Vancouver fancy a beer, get in touch!

 I don't recall seeing tables getting clipped when I last processed
the file, so maybe something has changed...
