[Journal] Vol 8 - ready to go?

A quick scan and it looks good.  The items that I previously mentioned were fixed.

A slight cosmetic item: it would look better to not split the localhost url (in part, capture=2004-06-10T019:00:00Z/index=1/track.
kml) between pages 42+43 with a figure in between in http://svn.osgeo.org/osgeo/journal/volume_8/en-us/foss4g09/erickson/erickson.tex

That leaves the two specific items below that you brought up.
