Thanks for working on this.  Looking over the wiki, there may be some
confusion if this is a 2010 or 2011 annual report.  I know that it is
2010 but we may want to emphasize that.  However, since it is nearly
December 2011, perhaps we should put out the call and wiki page for
2011 annual reports while it is fresh is everyone's mind.

I added a short PDX report on the wiki but haven't checked it into svn.
