[Journal] Getting Started With Our Peer Review Edition

I should be wrapping up Volume 11 by the end of the month. If the
Journal Team is still interested in a peer review edition of the
Journal this year, I'd like to put out the call for peer review
submissions soon.

Do we still want to do a peer review issue this fall?

If there is still support for this (especially from the academics
among us) I will put out a call for submissions.
