[Journal] Update on Volume 11

I can do news - I was quiet until now due to a combination of being on vacation (over as of 3 days ago), the fact that most previous "annual report issues" didn't have a news section, and until recently I was simply way behind on reading my inbox.  Head is mostly above water now.
