The TOC lists News at 9 instead of 8.

A UK report page still says, "January 2012"

The news page numbers are incorrect.  It appears as if you are not working
from the most recent data from SVN or perhaps I don't understand how to
change the page numbers in scribus.

I'll reply to the other thread for link review.
