These are a great improvement, thanks for organizing all this.  What we
list as the license on the wiki (
http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nd/3.0/) does not match the imprint (
http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/).  Which is it
(commercialism not restricted or non-commercial)?  I can fix the wiki if
that is what needs updating.
