[Journal] Volume 11: I Think We're Done

All of the link errors in your list should now be fixed in the master
PDF. I left the pycsw links for the time being.

I also fixed the two problems with the links and sidebar graphic
(event list) in the Italian Chapter.

Am I still missing other needed edits, or was that it?
