I think that the pdf is done.  The links on the last page don't work for me
right now but I have a strong suspicion that it is my viewer (evince); I
can check that tomorrow on a different computer.

I've not reviewed the blog in any specific way.  Are you propagating these
various corrections to the blog?  I think that the blog should get the
license added to the articles at least.  Having the ads actually not appear
would be nice too.
