[Journal] Update on Volume 9

Journal Team:

I did the layout and the post-production for the news items compiled
by Scott today. Eli provided me with some good review comments on the
first part of Volume 9. The rest of this week I will be working on the
following items:

- Address Eli's review comments.
- Add volunteer recognition page.
- Finish JTS Warped article.
- Compile master PDF with correct page numbers and author credit lines.

I hope to get this all done by Friday. I'll keep the team posted.
