[Journal] trouble accessing journal archives

Eli, FYI - there was a bad path in a config file, I just went in and fix it.  Please give it another try, hopefully that solved it.
Thanks for pointing it out!  Some things worked fine, so I'm confused, perhaps the files were recently moved?
