[Oceania-Board] Resignation

Dear Daniel

I want to recognise and thank you for the extraordinary effort that you put
into the conference last year in Wellington. You and the team, but very
much you, worked tirelessly to build something that was big, smooth,
inclusive and a massive success. You're proud of your city and made us feel
welcome there.

And your three years on conference committees and the Board demonstrated
your competence and enthusiasm. When we worked together on the Melbourne
event, I remember saying "do we need to do X" and you replying with "John
and I have this happening already"... You thought of everything! Every time!

So on behalf of the Board, thank you for all your work and we wish you the
best.
