[Oceania-Board] Open Governance panel @ SotM / FOSS4G Oceania (WAS: Edoardo contact)

Hi Arnalie

I'll raise this with the OSGeo Oceania Board, but my quick take is that it
would be great to have this discussion.

>From the Board's perspective, I'd love to be able to support the regional
OSM community more. They are one of our "special interest groups" but I'm
not sure how effective that has been yet. If we can facilitate the group
meeting at our conference through providing a space or funds, I'm
supportive.

What do others think?
