[OSGeo Oceania] FOSS4G SotM Oceania 2024 Call for Proposals

Hey Folks

We're getting really close to our conference in Auckland next month
<https://2023.foss4g-oceania.org/>, so it's time to start thinking about
the next event in 2024.

The OSGeo Oceania Board has drafted a request for proposals document

to seek a host for next year’s event. Please check out the specific
instructions in that document, we look forward to receiving bids from some
wonderful folks in wonderful places!
