[OSGeo Oceania] OO Board meeting 9 Feb - minutes

Hi everyone,

The board had its monthly meeting last Friday 9 Feb, minutes are attached.

Much of the discussion was around the FOSS4G 2025 bid, and Simon Nitz
joined us to run us through the letter of intent and answer questions. The
board approved the letter and Simon submitted it the same day.

There were also submissions from Japan and Saudi Arabia... We look forward
to hearing from the OSGeo Conference Committee over the coming weeks as the
process continues.
