[OpenGeoscience] EGU 2017: Townhall + Reception

Hi Peter,
what is the price of the "refreshment"? If it fits in our budget, I support
going for it....

In meantime I have submitted for EGU a workshop (apparently accepted) on
istSOS, another occasion to promote OSGeo and their projects...
