[OpenLayers-Dev] Missing some properties and methods in the API documentation of "Control.js"

Hi list,

I think it would be interesting to have into "apidocs" the documentation of:
    * Properties: div, type, allowSelection, title & events
    * Methods: activate & deactivate 

Other classes as Layer, Handler, Geometry ... shows more documentation as
"API"
