[OpenLayers-Dev] Map 'tap' event

Eventually I gave up on the tap event and went for a draw control with a
point handler. I needed this for a getFeatureInfo and so far it does the
job.

Perhaps this may be useful for others.

Hi all,

Not sure if this has been mentioned here before: I am looking for a way of
wiring up a 'tap' event with my map. I am working with the mobile build used
in the examples.

The click event works fine, however does not get called when browsing on a
tablet. All the ideas appreciated.
