 If one has a framed cloud open there are
 transparent areas of the cloud that are not
 click transparent.

 That behavior is IMHO not transparent for end users.

 I append an image to clarify, a url to see that is
 [www.openstreetmap.de].

 Maybe one can define those areas at least roughly, e.g.
 by a polygon (some px +- are no problem) and give
 the mouse events to the parts behind.

 Have not thought much about that, maybe i add something later.
