[OpenLayers-Users] Events - move and moveend

 Hi,
 
does someone know how to capture any STOP  of an mouse move in the map (lets say: user does not move for 1 sec) ?
This would be nice for situation with MANY feature and potential popups in the map.

how fast feature rendering via WMS works for "all restaurants in Germany".
Querying is just done when user stops with his mouse movement.
When the Server likes something to popup this is done just on demand without transfering lots of point objects.
