[OpenLayers-Users] controls, roadmap

Hey Bart ~

I'm looking for this, too. I did some UI mockups a while back.

I believe that the majority of this functionality is not far away (eg
opacity controls exist), though I don't think there's currently anything for
grouping of layers. 

I am not a coder, but if there's any way in which I can help progress
advanced layers or canvas work along, please let me know, anyone.

Hi list,

are there new controls planned for OpenLayers? I am mostly looking for 
functionality like:

* more advanced layer manager (grouping, changing sequence of overlays 
by drag and drop)
* legend control

Are there any people working on such stuff already or planning to work 
on it?

Also, is anybody able to tell us some more about the roadmap for 
OpenLayers? What things can we look forward to?
