Great. This is clearly a bug, and should be fixed in the Format.GML
class.

Erik, can you file a ticket for this, marked for 2.5, and attach the
output file to the ticket as an attachment so we don't lose it? That way
I'll have the data to test against when I'm fixing it.

Jeff, I assume you don't mind if we use the GML data in question as data 
for our unit tests?
