The usual workaround is to have some server side script (php,
asp, jsp, whatever) that can build the sld you want, and
then use in the GeMap the parameter
request=GetMap&...&sld=http://myserver/myscript.xxx?p1=v1

This is, provided your server accepts externally provided
sld references. GeoServer does, not sure about other servers.
