[OpenLayers-Users] "Show" the point behind the external graphic?

Is possible show the point like a circle using externalGraphic?

(Example: I put an image (16x16) in a white point with radius=20, but it
ignores the point fill and size and just show the external image, can I show
both at the same time in the same feature using the Style?).
