[OpenLayers-Users] Ajax and markers

Hi Guys,
 
I have finally got my map working :) Thanks to everyone that helped me out
 
What i am trying to do now is...
load some markers but when you click the marker it should be able to call a
javascript function so i will need to pass a markerID somehow
 
has anyone been able to create markers that when you click it it can call
the ballon info via Ajax?
