Most interface elements are not specified in CSS, but in code. Newer
changes are done in CSS, nd are available through relatively obvious
names in
http://svn.openlayers.org/trunk/openlayers/theme/default/style.css . The
panzoom/panzoombar/layerswitcher controls, however, are styled in the
code itself, and can not be easily changed with CSS.
