[OpenLayers-Users] Markers and IDs

Hello everybody,

I'm setting up a map which uses markers, and when the user clicks the marker an information box is loaded with an ajax request.

I need to identify the markers (the ID of the ddbb row for example) so I can retrieve the right information from the ddbb.

Right now I'm using the text layer but I need to load a lot of information so this is not a valid approach.

Could someone help me with this?
