[OpenLayers-Users] GML Overlay

Ok, I'm still stuck on this. It seems that none of them work. Could some
review this to make sure that I'm doing it correctly?
var gml = new OpenLayers.Layer.GML("GML", "./jlpts.gml");
var gmlVector = new OpenLayers.Layer.Vector("GML", gml, {
format: new OpenLayers.Format.GML(gml),
formatOptions: {
xy: false
}
});
