[OpenLayers-Users] Proxy problem in GetFeatureInfo - nosolution??

Download the file, rename it with a .txt suffix and open it up with a
text editor.

It is not actually asking you to download the MapServer executable,
you are getting an error message from your WMS server.  The contents
of this file should contain the error message.
