[OpenLayers-Users] event.features.length = 0 in Firefox, but works in Chrome

Sorry, but I am baffled too. The wms requests look the same but on FF, 
you get a 200 OK but with no response packet. If you open the wms 
request in a new tab, then you get the correct response back okay 
without any problem. Can some browser gurus offer some insight into why 
you can 200OK but no response?
