[OpenLayers-Users] ArcGisCache jsonp mouse zoom in and out problem (openlayers 2.12)

Hi!
When am I doing the mouse wheel zooming or moving with the mouse - map
jumps. Used the code from the example: arcgiscache_jsonp.html Tell me please
what am I doing wrong?
