[OpenLayers-Users] the drag and drop operation for tile in map

Hi:

I am new in openlayers,and I found that the drag and drop for tiles are
very sensitive compared with other map library.

I mean when you start drag and move fast ,the tile will moved fast
(following the mouse). So smooth!

So I wonder where I can find the codes related to the drag operation?

Since openlayer is a large project which contains so many components.
