The OpenLayers community is proud to announce the first alpha release
of OpenLayers 3! You can try it out and find all information about it
on http://ol3js.org/. We invite you to test it and give feedback.

We are planning to do frequent alpha releases from now on, until we
reach beta status in a few months.

A big THANK YOU goes out to all funders who make the development of
OpenLayers possible.
