[OpenLayers-Users] how to project a flat image to spherical mercator EPGS:900013 to use in a Image Layer in openlayers

Hi,

   QGIS has an image georeferencing module you could use.  Here's an 
article about this:

   You'll need to install QGIS: http://www.qgis.org/en/site/
