[OpenLayers-Users] display vector layer gives unresponsive script warning

well, the cause can be in several places.... I imagine that all those 1700
polygons require some processing before added to the layer. I guess you
should try to figure it out where it is slowing down. Maybe it is not on
the OpenLayers tier.
