 I have tried `qgis.PyQt.Qsci.QSCINTILLA_VERSION_STR`,QSCINTILLA has indeed
 been upgraded to version 2.13.4. However, the issue of being unable to
 input CJK characters still persists.

 I tried the latest version 2.14.1, and this version resolved the issue of
 being unable to input. Maybe QScintilla still need a upgrade.
