[OSGeoJapan-discuss] Translation of gvSIG interface to Japanese

こんにちは　OSGeoJapan

TYSの大庭です。

gvSIGはちょっとだけ使ったりもしています。

Hydrological Analysisなど結構機能豊富なのですが、
日本語情報が少ないため利用しにくい状況ですね。

どこまでお手伝いでいるか？　不安ですが、
一応、手を挙げます。

ところで、スペイン語ですか？英語ですかね。
