[Oskari-user] Removing unmaintained functionalities (layer listings and older admin functionalities)

Hi everyone,

An important note about plans on removing unmaintained codebase from oskari-frontend from the next version (2.3.0):

Please respond as soon as possibly (either here or in the GitHub issue comments) if there are functionalities that you are currently using and would like to keep in oskari-frontend.

Also PSC members should vote on this by thumbing up or down on the issue.
