[OWSLib-users] migrated to github

(sorry for the cross posting)

FYI the project has now been moved to github.  OWSLib is now part of a github organization: http://geopython.github.com/

The following have been ported:

- svn repo (with tags/branches)
- issues
- wiki (very minimal, but still)
- project website (http://owslib.sourceforge.net now points to http://geopython.github.com/OWSLib)

At this point all code/issues/wiki and related items operate from github as per below:

I have made the sf.net trac read only with a notice, and I have disabled commit access to the svn repo.
