[pdal] poisson plus data

Steve,

If you are using http://www.pdal.io/stages/filters.sample.html, you should
be good. The original Poisson sampling method was funneled through PCL and
would drop dimensions in the conversion between PDAL and PCL, but that
should no longer be a problem with filters.sample.
