[pdal] pdal pipeline

Hi,

I am trying to grid up some data with PDAL nad for some of my outputs I get
the following error:



*pdal:
/home/user/software/PDAL-1.4.0-src/vendor/eigen/Eigen/src/Core/DenseCoeffsBase.h:337:

`row >= 0 && row < rows() && col >= 0 && col < cols()' failed.*
Any ideas of why this is and how to get around it?
