[pdal] Entwine: Export data in ~4GB chunks

Hmm, sorry for not being clear. Data is a site scan with hundreds of millions of points, much greater than 4GB total. We need to tile the scan data into e57 files less than 4GB each, per specs provided from our client.

It's not clear what you're trying to do.  Are you reading entwine?  If so, what are you exporting and in what format?  Do you have a pipeline/command line you can share?
