[pdal] Fw: Entwine performance (recommended hardware)

You give point counts, but I'm interested in other stats.  How many
points?  Is your source LAS/LAZ or E57?  What is the desired CRS of the
data?  Does the data have the same CRS on input?  Is your data reasonably
well distributed over the bounding area?  How large is the actual
bounding area?
