[pgrouting-dev] Issue 16 applied to "master" branch but not part of "sew-devel-2_0"

Hi Steve,

I checked if I could delete the "issue16" branch as it was merged into
"master" already.
But then I looked at "sew-devel-2_0" branch and only found the previous
version.
