Eloi, isto é muito estranho. Está a dar erro nas linhas em branco do script "missing"
Na minha versão em Windows o dito script não tem as unix EOLs. Verifica se o mesmo se passa aí (se 
for o caso converte com o dos2unix ou que quer que seja que no Ubuntu faça isso).  Já agora vê 
também se o ficheiro tem direitos de execução (o bit "x").
