Boas,

Tens algumas alternativas:
 - Saga GIS tem alguns parametros, logo o sextante tb pode ter alguma coisa
perdida
 - Passage 2 tem bastantes
 - Grass GIS tens o modulo r.le
 - Diva GIS, mas se calhar não é o procuras
 - Open Modeller
 - O grande R-project deve ter muita coisa o problema é o learning curve,
mas procura no CRAN por spatial

Espero que ajude.

Já agora consegues arranjar um tutorial de Spatial Pattern Analysis mas
simples, é que sempre que tentava começar a testar isso desistia.
