Sobre o assunto, vi há alguns dias passar a circular do primeiro ministro
que guardei (pela surpresa).

E, na última *release* do Geoserver, reparei estas linhas:
Support for *WFS 2.0

some interesting new capabilities to the WFS protocol such as paging,
stored queries, and extended operators. Thanks to IGN France<http://www.ign.fr/>

make this improvement.
