[postgis-devel] relief of dependency on postgresql sources

good to see you back.

thanks for uploading my work. just note, that jdbc2 will be broken until
patched.

needless to say, that the package builds and runs on a debian machine,
with only the api headers installed.

btw, if you have unstandard configuration, you could pass
--with-config=[your installed pg_config full name] to autoconf, and i
hope it will work for you. (if i really understand autoconf from this
first time impact).
