Hi Devrim,

Unfortunately it looks as if Markus (our resident Java expert) isn't
around at the moment, so I'll try my best to answer. There was a bug
which was fixed in SVN which caused the Makefile to always try and build
the JTS jar even if JTS wasn't installed.

Does the Makefile from SVN solve your problem -
http://svn.refractions.net/postgis/trunk/java/jdbc/Makefile ?

BTW, would it cause you any packaging problems if the JDBC driver was
changed to use Ant instead of make?
