[postgis-devel] 1, dot, 3 dot 4!

I ran the same test on my Open SUSE 10.5 (downloaded the latest1.3.4SVN
and recompiling). All tests pass. Anyone have a clue why the kml would
fail on my newer box. I suppose I may have done something wrong (it is
running a newer PostgreSQL install ,a newer prerelease GCC, and newer
Open SUSE). Anyrate I'll check the diff file next time I am at that box
to see what the difference is between expected and actual if no one else
has a clue.

Paul,

I don't feel I've had enough time to test. There was something a little
odd I wanted to reinvestigate.

Can I have a day more still haven't taken everything thru the cycles. I
also installed on my new Open SUSE 11.0 VM and I'm getting a failure in
one of the regression tests. I don't think I had a failure in my 10.5
before but I just downloaded the latest 1.3.4SVN.tar.gz. Can I safely
ignore the kml test?

So here are my checks
PostgreSQL 8.3.1 on i686-pc-linux-gnu, compiled by GCC gcc (SUSE Linux)

Just a couple of things:

i) I'm currently at EU PGDay in Italy, and so haven't had a chance to
test on my Windows build system. I'll have access to the testing
environment again late Sunday/early Monday.

ii) How will the release timing work with regard to GEOS? Since the
Windows installer won't change after release, if it goes now then I'll
build with the latest official GEOS release which is 3.0.1. So I guess
for the time being it will be no prepared geometry goodness for the
Windows masses.

ATB,

Mark.
